Here at BASE®, we work extremely hard so you don't have to. Enrollment in the Association 105® HRA gives you access to the best service and support in the industry. Initially, BASE® provides you with necessary documentation such as:

  • Adoption Agreement (AA)
  • Summary Plan Description (SPD)
  • Step-by-step instructions from a live phone representative on how your plan works

BASE® provides you with the following during your plan year:

  • A secure online portal to document your medical reimbursements made to your employee(s) each month.
  • Upon our receipt of your Employee Medical Expense Report (EMER) at the end of your tax year, you will quickly receive your Annual Summary Report (ASR) which verifies all of your deductible HRA expenses for your tax return.
  • Toll-free customer service support with live phone representatives only (no automated computer menus) during normal working hours. Our highly trained customer service staff is always available to answer any questions you may have.
